At Pulse Medics, we supply, install and commission medical equipment to hospitals and other users in East and Central African region, with a key emphasis on medical gases generating plants, medical gas piping systems (MGPS) and mortuary equipment. Do you offer warranty on your equipment?
We offer warranty on all our major equipment ranging from one to three years. For example all our oxygen concentrators come with three years warranty.
Do you provide installation of your equipment at customer’s site?
Yes. We have highly qualified and experienced biomedical engineers, and at a minimal charge. We provide on-site installations for Airsep oxygen plants, Medical gas piping (MGPS) and mortuary cabinets.
Do you offer training to customers?
We provide training to the hospitals biomedical engineers on site during and after installation of Oxygen generating plants, Medical gas piping and Mortuary cabinets.
Do you provide after sales service?
We represent reputable manufacturers who guarantee availability of spare parts of all the equipment we distribute. We offer Annual Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) contracts for all our equipment to ensure that the equipment remains operational and gives value to the customer.
How are your prices?
All our equipment are of high quality standards and coupled with highly experienced biomedical engineers, our prices are affordable and definitely offer a high return on investment.
